VIVILITE Warranty Terms and Conditions
We offer a 5 year (2 year onsite) warranty on the LINI, VIVI and TRI range
Goods must be registered (form attached) with VIVILITE Ltd within 30 days of date of purchase. The warranty is not available to products purchased second hand. And it is up to VIVILITE’s customer to make contact and not VIVILITE’s customers client. The warranty applies to goods purchased and installed in UK and Northern Ireland only. 
When a claim for warranty is made, VIVILITE require Pictures and will discuss quotes and prices and the simplest and most cost effective way to resolve the issue as quickly and as easily for both customer and customers client. (the unit may be required for testing once received back at VIVILITE ltd warehouse). Products must come back intact and without breakages or any defects. If products are received and it is discovered the the fault was due to installation then the claim may be withdrawn. 
Once terms are agreed for warranty VIVILITE ltd will endeavour to have payment made within 30 days of the installation of the replacement. This must be agreed in writing by both VIVILITE and Customer.
The 2 year onsite warranty applies in addition to the terms and conditions contained in our standard warranty. Proof of purchase must be verified by providing a copy of purchase receipt at the time of claim. 
The 2 year onsite warranty covers the replacement product and onsite costs that relate to faulty VIVILITE Ltd products which have been installed for their intended products.
